Module Overview
This module intends to:
- help you to deepen your Nature connection
- introduce a framework for mindful Nature connection
- take you through the layers of perception
- start to examine the stories and ideas we have
- offer some hints and tips for dealing with common barriers
As before, the only key part of this module is the short Nature connection practice. There is a video and some text to help you to do this. In short, the idea is to get out for a few moments each day and focus on noticing Nature. It can be literally just outside your door - you do not have to go anywhere special and it doesn't have to be for more than a few minutes.
You can treat all the other material as optional. The experiencing Nature connection is the most important part. The writing and videos are just there to help and support your journey.
