This module intends to:

• deepen your Nature connection
• show you what reading a landscape is and why it is helpful
• help you to read a landscape

As before, the only key part of this module is the short Nature connection practice. There is a video and some text to help you to do this. In short, the idea is to continue to get out for a few moments each day and focus on noticing Nature.

You can treat all the other material as optional. The experiencing Nature connection is the most important part. The writing and videos are just there to help and support your journey.
